Running Man | Shibari Suspension Workshop

€150.00

Date: November 30

Time: 18:00–22:00

Location: IKSK Berlin

Join Marie Sauvage for a deep technical immersion into the Running Man shibari suspension, taught in the lineage of Hajime Kinoko. This focused four-hour workshop is designed for riggers who want to refine their precision, tensioning skills, and understanding of Kinoko-style takate kote.

We will explore:

  • How to tie a safe, structurally sound takate kote in the Kinoko aesthetic

  • How to assess and measure suspension line tension to create vertical elegance

  • How to build the clean, efficient rope pathways required for the Running Man

  • How to manage load, angles, and partner communication throughout the lift

  • The subtle refinements that transform a suspension from functional to fluid, graceful, and controlled

This class is technique-oriented and centers on safety, clarity, and mastery of form.

Participants should arrive with basic suspension experience and be ready for hands-on practice.

Price is per rigger and their model. Switching is not advised in this workshop.

Please bring your own rope set of at least 7 ropes.
